Yesterday was my friend's 18th birthday which was really cool. She got herself a tattoo on her foot/lower leg of some stars and clouds, looks really cool. I got her two packs of her smokes and a big book of Sudoku puzzles. Then we all went down to The Rave to see Reel Big Fish, MXPX, and Street Light Manifesto... but we were really there for Reel Big Fish Now, something kinda bad happened on the way down there.. aside from everyone aside from myself hitting noelle's tattoo on accident Someone wanted to know the time of the show was when we were nearly there, and that's when the ONE thing that every concert-goer fears happened. I realized i forgot my ticket. THANKFULLY, Noelle let me borrow some cash to buy a ticket, but i still felt bad all night and was the butt of a lot of rips on me I paid her back this morning though, so its all cool.

You remember in my last News journal that a woman called 911 to see the "Cutest Cop she's ever seen"? Well, she wont be going to jail for that. Instead, she has 2 years probation and 100 hours community service and must pay $693 in fines and fees. But hey, maybe she'll see the cop during Community Service.

Oh, and the pizza driver who shot the kid who was trying to rob him with a bb gun? Well, he won't be charged for carrying a concealed weapon because he was robbed last year and, under Wisconsin weapons law, had a reasonable belief he needed to protect himself. BUT, the kids will be charged with the attempted robbery.

Anyone do any gardening and find something really odd? well, someone found a gravestone from 1828 and a human bone while rototilling his plot. Fun huh?

A 23-year-old man was sentanced to life with no parole for killing his pregnant wife and mutilating her remains before dumping them into the river. He pleaded no contest, allowing the judge to convict him of the charges as if he pleaded guilty. There was no trial. Reason? He flet he did the right thing in killing his wife so she wouldn't give birth to a 'possible disabled chile' and he wouldn't change anything. He also alleged that he and his wife abused Methamphetamies.... yeah... thats all i got to say about THAT.

Alright... this one is a bit fucked up.. don't go to this doctor. The New Hamphire Board of Medicine voted to dismiss its disciplinary case against a doctor accused of telling a patient [B]she was so obese that she might be attractive only to black men[/B] and to another that [B]she should shoot herself after brain surgery[/B]! Come the fuck on! But the board agreed with a judge that he was within his rights to say things that might be offensive. God.. he really needs to work on his bed-side manner...

Alright... Jon Barlett, a fired Milwaukee police officer ( Remember the Frank Jude Jr. case? yeah, he was the one kicking him in the head) is in Shit River with deflating floaties. He is under federal investigation for the Jude case while being charged with substational battery in the Jude case by Milwaukee court. He is ALSO charged with calling in a bomb thread to his former police district station. Now, he tried to by a submachine gun, handgun, and 875 bullets with extended clips. He filled out the forms for the guns and stuff and checked the box that said he wasn't a criminal or under investigation or going to trial. THANKFULLY, background checks are really done and he got arrested at home, where they found MORE guns. Deemed a threat to society, he was arrested and without bail.

Oh, and my favorite story. Bees... i would punch every bee right in the face! and say "fuck you bee!" ah.. Dane Cook...
Anyways, here's the story. A 16 year old girl was driving her SUV on a gravel road in Indiana when she wiped out, hit a hollow tree and happened to piss off the HUNDREDS OF BEES living inside that where fanning the hive to keep it cool. When rescuers got there, there was a black cloud of bees all around the SUV and they start spraying the bees with water and foam. They had firefighters in full gear trying to save her on a 90 degree day (so it was just like a fire, good practice). She's in the hospital with broken legs and multiple bee stings. Also, a neighbor, a paramedic, and seven firefighters where in the hospital for bee stings and heat-related symptoms. DON'T TRY TO WHIP A SHITTY WITH AN SUV ON A GRAVEL ROAD, thank you.
